Add Fog System to 3D Cam

Add Fog System to 3D Cam to disfarce black space due to distance limitation.
Example:
FPS in busy areas will probably drop from 5 to 1 
As far as I know increasing distance view will increase CPU consumption but adding fog system is the way to go if fps is a concern and to make the farthest view more acceptable. Specially for recording or streaming events.
