/offlevel VIP pick Items , NoVIp - not pick items.

Just add a command so that VIP account can pick items while /offlevel. 

Something like:

Enable= 0 - disabled
Enable= 1 - All characters pick
Enable= 2 - VIP Plat  only 

Enable= 3 - VIP Gold And Plat  only 

Enable= 4 - VIP Gold Silver Plat only

Enable= 5 - Any VIP

This will make this plugin even more valuable for admins. As you give the VIP some more benefits. 

Also adding delay to item pickup would be nice! as bot is much faster than regular helper.
