/pkclearBeforeLevel6 ="0"  <-- Available or not to using this command before level 6
/pkclearAfterLevel6 ="10" <-- How long minutes you will need to wait, until you can use this command after reach level 6 
/pkclearCooldown="10"   <-- After how many minutes you can use /pkclear command again
 
Why we need this improvements? Because now PvP is looks like this
 
1) Kill player
2) /pkclear
3) Kill player
4) /pkclear
 
 
Right now we have 2 options. Increase zen value of /pkclear till infinity, or create PVE server in case of totally removing \pkclear, 

UPD:

 

/pkclearPer24h ="5" <--- how much time you can use pkclear per 24 hours.

 

But at least "/pkclearCooldown="10" " will helps a lot with senseless pvp against all server.
