We have noticed that some of you had hard time to get used to our new systems, we decided to bring a little light on them so.

Support System

One of the biggest change is the way of serving support. So far it was managed trough forums. Now we decided to switch it for personal Tickets.

It will allow us to handle your inquiries better and make sure none of it will be missed. You can submit a Ticker from your Customer Area -> Support Center or by clicking Contact us at the top of the page.

Take a look on available departments and options and submit your ticket to the one you think is valid for your type on inquiry. Please allow up to 48 hours for response (we usually respond within 24h)

We will also keep responding over forums, however less frequently. This job will be taken over by our two Customer Support members who will start their assistance shortly.

Forums and Categories

You could observe that the range of available forums increased. We will keep our eye on them and they may get redesigned a little if we will see such need.

You are requested to select appropriate section for your question. If you are unsure of which forum to post in simply enter it and read its description. Most of the forums has its purpose described at the top of it once entered.

  • Forums moderation

Some of the forums, as for example Feature Request is moderated. This is to make sure we will read all your suggestions on regular basis so we may have implement some of them earlier.

  • Tags

One of very important and new feature is tagging system. Please select the tags wisely, it will allow you or different Customer to Search the content much easier and faster.

Follows System

One of new thing that could be observed everywhere around is Follow button. If you want to be notified of any changes on the topics, blogs, file updates, downloads or other content then subscribe to it by hitting the follow button. This is the easier and best way to make sure you will not miss anything and will be always up-to-date. 

Bug Tracking

The way of tracking the issues definitely improved by the new issues tracker. It is more efficient than the old one and bring few more features. You can now sort the issues by specified version or severity.

You also can easy check what has been fixed and in what version.

While posting an issue you may observe it requires a TAG. Please select appropriate for your type of report - it will really help us to manage the issues.

Events Scheduler

Completely new feature is the Events Scheduler. You can find there ongoing Events and many more. With time it will be also used to schedule new update releases.

Raffles System

Another news to our Boards. A chance to win Free Packages, Subscriptions, Renewals, Prizes for current Customers and Regular Members - this is what the Raffles System is for!

It will start to operate once we will fill out the content of our new Boards with all necessary information.

Downloads Manager

New and innovated way of serving your Downloads in fully featured and operational system - this is what the Downloads Manager is offering.

Our previous system managed the downloads very primitive way. It was one of our priorities to serve them better for you.

The system provides fully described content and necessary information of every single file, containing its description, change log, version and more.

It serves last 5 revisions and up to 5 most recent update packages. Download them on regular basis, otherwise you may need to download full-up-to-date package and apply it on your server.

We also introduced dedicated system from the Beta Downloads. They are now separated from the production releases for better and easier tracking and managing.



We were looking for a new way of informing you of news. Finally realized that blogs system will be best for that. We have two Blogs currently on which will be posting all changes and news to the way we work, organize the things or if we will want to update you with something.

We would like to invite to comment our entry blogs  :) Strictly no help questions in comments across entire boards. If you have a question submit a ticket to Support Center or post on forums.

You are also welcome to create own Blogs!
