1. Who is the IGC.Customer?
IGC.Customers are recognizes as active and non-active.
- Active Customer is the one owning up-to-date paid subscription of IGC.Premium or IGC.Premium Plus
- Non-Active Customer is the one owning an expired license of the above services.
Any additional tools are assigned to one of above subscription types. This means if parent subscription expires then all permissions coming with dependent (assigned) services (e.g. Premium Tools) are taken away (even the Tools do not have a renewals terms itself).
What does it mean?
This mean that Customer is still able to use the Premium tools, however is not able to access* downloads area and download new versions (if released).
* - As ToolKit (Premium) License is lifetime it is possible to keep using it and getting latest updates even without active files license by requesting a switch to MU.ToolKit (Premium), which is version excluding editors dedicated for IGC Server Suite Features.
2. What IGC.Registered Machine means?
IGC.Registered Machine is a computer machine (unit) a license for the service has been requested and issued for.
In general this is a computer machine the Game Server is running on.
