Offlevel DisableMovement

May please improve this system? Currently if you use DisableMovement=0, meele characters kill normally as they do, but range characters have to move close to monster to cast their range spells.... if you use DisableMovement=1 then range characters cast their spells from range but melee characters are useless waiting for a monster to come closer to them.

 

Cannot have both ways? Range characters stay in their place casting from range and melee move killing monsters? 

 

Also can characters move to pick zen instead picking it from extremely far away when DisableMovement=1 ? Pets like unicorn or panda are defeated by offlevel system.
